By registering for any event, workshop or class with Beth Brilinski, Centered By Sound, and/or The Treehouse, I acknowledge Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing, Sound Therapy & Sound Baths may provide a compliment to medical & psychological treatments, but they are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical & psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is recommended to always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions regarding a medical or psychological condition. I will never delay or disregard professional medical advice. I understand Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing, Sound Therapy & Sound Baths may not be for everyone. I understand I am under no obligation to stay for the entire session and I may leave at any time. I voluntarily agree to participate in the activities being provided by Beth Brilinski, Centered By Sound, and/or The Treehouse. I understand that if for any reason I am unable to or think it unwise to engage in any activity being suggested by Beth Brilinski, Centered By Sound, and/or The Treehouse, I am under no obligation to engage in such activity nor will I hold Beth Brilinski, Centered By Sound, and/or The Treehouse, or its respective agents (i.e., directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, service providers and any third parties acting on its behalf), liable for any damage, injury or harm sustained from choosing to engage in any activity. I also understand that there are unanticipated risks during any activity. I hereby assume all risks of injury to me and my property, which may be sustained in connection with these activities. I agree that, in the event Beth Brilinski, Centered By Sound, and/or The Treehouse, determines I need medical or psychological attention, Beth Brilinski, Centered By Sound, and/or The Treehouse, has the authority and discretion to contact emergency services. Any costs incurred for such services are my sole responsibility. I understand that my participation in any activity is at the discretion of Beth Brilinski, Centered By Sound, and/or The Treehouse. If, in the opinion of Beth Brilinski, Centered By Sound, and/or The Treehouse, I am unable to continue in an activity for any reason, I may be asked to stop or leave. I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to this document and that I have had the opportunity to ask Beth Brilinski, Centered By Sound, and/or The Treehouse any further questions I may have had related to this document prior registering to any event, workshop or class.
